• A directive is received from law enforcement

8.2 Closed by User

You may close your account at any time by submitting a request to Support. Please withdraw any available balance before your account is closed.

• Losses caused by internet disconnection
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment systems
• Service disruption due to force majeure events (natural disasters, war, etc.)
• Issues with the user's own device or connection
